Creating Market Updates with AI
Ever find yourself saying “but what do I say in the videos?!”
Hello, explorers!
We’ve all heard that we need to create more video content. It’s a bit indisputable at this point…
But the question still always remains: it
Well, i’ve got two prompts for you today that’s going to take that objection right down.
But, promise me something before you keep reading… decide right now that you’re going to “give in” and go create the below video, like, today.
Learning for learning’s sake doesn’t help your business. Learning for doing’s sake is what is going to move the needle. But I digress 🤓
First a quick note… use Google Bard for this one, unless you have access to something like ChatGPT-4 (which has a small monthly fee). Because we’re asking it for current market stats, we can’t use something like ChatGPT-3.5, because it’s data is from September 2021.
(pssssttt… would you rather watch a video where I demonstrate this? well here you go! https://youtu.be/atIQYlah138)
First Prompt:
Generate a brief market analysis of the real estate trends in [insert your city, county, state, etc.] for the past quarter
And just like that… bam! You should have a (hopefully) accurate market analysis! It’s always good to double check. One of the results I got in trying this gave me a wild result, but it wasn’t GPT-4’s fault… the source it pulled from was inaccurate.
But although it’s nice to see the numbers for yourself, our goal is to make a video, right? So on to the next prompt…
Second Prompt:
Create a script for a short 2 minute youtube video I will make about this
And… BOOM! Now you have a script of exactly what to say. So no more overthinking, and like Nike would say… “just do it!”
Give it a whirl, and let me know how it goes! And i’ll give you extra points towards being my favorite if you send me the video you create from this…
Until next time!
